this one-of-a-kind hand carved ceramic vase, using the sgraffito technique for this beautiful great blue heron image is functional art. this white stoneware clay is fired to ^6, using food-safe glaze and holds 5.5 cups, is oven, microwave & altho dishwasher safe, handwashing is preferable since the outside is left matte (unglazed).
